**New: a planner that thinks ahead**
# **The family planner for **everyone who belongs.
Appointments, groceries, chores and the meal plan in one shared app – and the planner thinks ahead: it reminds you of the swim bag, asks who's doing pickup and shares the load fairly. Made for families with more than one home.

**New: a planner that thinks ahead**
## **Less to keep in your head. **The planner thinks ahead.
Pack Planner looks at your appointments – including those from Google and iCal calendars –, your lists and your habits, and suggests what's next at the right moment. One tap and it's done or handed on.
- 🎒 ### **The bag, the evening before**
If Leo has swimming, sports or a school trip tomorrow, the app reminds you to pack the night before.
- 🚗 ### **Who's doing drop-off and pickup?**
If nobody is assigned to a child's appointment yet, the app asks – and tells you who has an appointment of their own at that time.
- ⚖️ ### **Shared fairly**
Whoever did less over the last two weeks is suggested first. The family page shows who got what done this week.
- 🛒 ### **Running low?**
The grocery list learns your rhythm and suggests what you buy about once a week before it runs out.
- 🍝 ### **Quick dinners on busy evenings**
When there's an evening appointment and nothing planned, the app suggests a quick recipe from your collection.
- 🎂 ### **Birthdays and IDs, ahead of time**
Two weeks before a birthday with a look at the wishlist – and in good time before an ID expires.
**✨ Optional**
### **AI assistant – only if you want it**
When it's on, an AI adds follow-up tasks for special appointments, like a present for a birthday party, and writes the morning message in a few full sentences.
- Only your family's admin switches it on – and off again at any time.
- Only appointment and task titles are sent – never names, email addresses, documents or photos.
- Processed by Google Gemini on paid access – your data isn't used for training.
